1 week down

Today is day 7 of my cleanse. I forgot to take my vitamins before bed last night but that's a lot better than the last time I did a cleanse! I got a little side tracked yesterday with snack time and lunch so I ended up just making a smoothie with fruit , chia seeds, spinach and spark and then some turkey for protein. With one week finished I have lost about 3 pounds- yay! I think it's because I eat so little for breakfast.. I hate oatmeal. I know there are different options but it's not really possible at the B&B. :)

  1. Great job for your first week!! It is a whole new way of looking at the food again. Trying to make myself like things better :) (in my mind at least)
